Grant application fees are 50% on signing, 50% on submission. Retainers are billed monthly in advance with a six-month minimum.

Traditional grant consultants charge $3,000 to $5,000 per application because each one takes 40+ billable hours of manual research, writing, and revisions. We use AI-assisted research and drafting workflows, then layer careful human review and judgement on top. That cuts the time in half without cutting the quality — and we pass the savings to clients who couldn’t otherwise afford grant support.

Two things we will never do:

No contingency fees

We won’t take a percentage of what you win. Most Canadian funders prohibit or strongly discourage this practice anyway — so anyone who offers it is putting your application at risk.

No surprise add-ons

The number we quote is the number you pay. If scope changes mid-engagement, we agree on the new price together before any extra work begins.
